It took me an hour and a half to orgasm.
And at the end I had to get my vibrator out
Also about halfway in I got really dry to the point of discomfort (and I don’t have lube)
Is something wrong?

If it was penetration, don't stress about it. Most women can only reach orgasm after clitoral stimulation. As for getting dry "down there" it can happen for many reasons, hormonal, no longer sexually stimulated or just what point in you cycle you're in. Invest in some water based lube to make it easier in general and communication is key hun! Speak with your partner what works and what doesn't.
