Feeling quite disheartened. I had a missed miscarriage in February this year. I thought I was 7+4 but only measured 5+4.

I conceived again right away and went for my dating scan. I was expecting to be 8 weeks. Abdominal scan said 7 weeks and transvaginal said 6+6 with no heartbeat. Will have blood results tomorrow but I already know. I got my positive test at 3+3 over 4 weeks ago so there’s no way I’m only 6+6. I have no signs of miscarriage. Why is this happening to me? We conceived my daughter second cycle. Took us 5 months with my first angel baby, and now I’ve lost another. Pics for opinions.
