ER Visit

I had some really bad cramping yesterday to the point where it made me wanna curl up in a bawl. My OB wanted me to go get checked out to rule out a ectopic pregnancy. My beta HCG was 538 but they saw no sac. Do you think all this looks normal? My hospital has a online portal so I am able to see everything they wrote.
