Headache help?

I'm currently 7wks and have been getting the worst headaches for a week now. Anyone have any natural headache fixes?

Check your water intake.  Shoot for half your body weight in ounces.  I use peppermint EO in carrier oil in a roll on.  I roll it on my temples and top of forehead,  works wonders!

I have found the combination of a little caffeine (I’ve been drinking green tea) and also 4,000 vitamin D supplements have helped immensely with my headaches. 
Also read new study that high dose 4,000 vitamin D can decrease certain risks in pregnancy.
