Help! Fasting sugars....

Soo my fasting blood sugars are in the 90s.... doctor wants me to take insulin.... who else out there is on insulin for fasting sugars being in the 90s? With my last pregnancy 2 years ago i was in the 90s and the doctor never had me take anything! Im so confused! 😔 im 33 weeks... A1C is normal... fluid level is normal... i have only gained 12lbs so far... my tummy and baby are measuring fine on point! What are your thoughts? Or what is everyone else doing out there for fasting sugars in the 90s? Help please😩
