(I'm new to this FYI)

So I have no periods. I'm 18 and I have PCOS so I haven't had one naturally for over 3-4 years. The last time I had one recently I was on birth control and I stopped taking those last April because the mood swings were terrible and once I stopped, my birth control periods stopped as well. I just started fertilaid for women and myo-inostal. My boyfriend is using the fertilaid for men. Because I don't get periods at all, what are some tips to help me get pregnant? Anything helps.
