Big Pill Problem (TMI)

I'm having trouble with my vitamin D pill and I have acid reflux still have swallow problems still and I already took that one this morning it's capsule to open it in foods. But this one is hard I put it in and put it back of my throat and trying not to get water in my vocal cords cause my cords are swollen from the acid reflux. So how can I swallow this? The inside is a jelly substance and squishy. I don't know if I can cut it or something like that.
