Posterior babies?

Anyone with posterior babies?   I need some advice.   Did they move to anterior?   Did you get forced to have a c section.   Due date is tomorrow based on LMP and he’s measured ahead the whole time.  I swear he never going to come.  If I lay in my right side I have heartburn.   If I lay on my left side my hip and tailbone is in terrible pain.  I cantget into the chiropractor until two try the Webster technique.    So annoying and over it.  I keep peeing on myself every time I stand up.   I’ve been in pain like this for a month.   What is this joy of the last month of pregnancy???

I’m 40+6 and baby is posterior and has been for awhile. My doctor said a lot of babies will turn once labor starts or even right before coming out so they’re not too worried at the moment. I’m getting induced on Wednesday night if he doesn’t come out before then so we’ll see if he turns. My doula also recommended exercises from the spinning babies website to help him turn.
I feel ya on the pain, I have the same issues with being out of breath on one side and then the hip and tailbone pain, it makes it super hard to sleep and these last few weeks have been rough for me too. Hang in there.

Both my babies were posterior and I had them both vaginally, my dr said it is no concern for c section but you will have a harder time pushing. I’m 10 pp and the only complication I have from recovery is a very sore pelvic bone

I also have a posterior baby and I’m 40+5 today. My midwife seems super unconcerned about it. She says most babies flip right before or during labor and only about 8-10% are actually born sunny side up. Even if the baby doesn’t flip, she said it wouldn’t be cause for a c section. Only a breech or transverse baby would. I’ve been doing some of the spinning babies suggestion as well as the Miles Circuit and rebozo work. I can get my baby to flip but s/he always turns back to OP. So now I’m just holding out to see what happens. Won’t be induced until 42w0d.
