Anyone get a very late BFP HPT?

I have heard some women have trouble with home pregnancy tests and don’t get their BFP until blood test. Has this happened to any of you ladies? I am 3 days late and know that we had sex when I was ovulating. I mean I didn’t take ovulation test but I can feel when I am. Anyway, still getting negative hpt but I just feel like it’s not right.. I did think I saw a VVVVVVVVFL on a Target brand home pregnancy test but maybe my eyes were tricking me. If I don’t get AF by end of week I’ll take another test but just curious/anxious while I am waiting!!
