Possibly the start of appendicitis?

Ok guys, so I woke up suddenly around 2:30am with severe nausea then was throwing up a couple times. I then got stomach pains and ended up with diarrhea a few times. Ever since I’ve just been very nauseous and my belly feels very very full and bloated and right side is tender and hurts when I push down, only on right, not left. I know people say you’ll be in severe pain and can’t even move with appendicitis but I just don’t know what this could be? Any suggestions?
