I think getting shit faced is too normalized. People acting like it's so fun and just the norm to get blacked out every weekend. Like no, there's something wrong there. But moderately drinking I don't think so. There's nothing wrong with it as long as you're responsible.

Absolutely. Alcohol is how adults are supposed to celebrate. Spend your night at a bar and you’re cool. Spend your night eating pot and you’re a loser.

Look at the concept of a bar as if you’re an alien. 
Isn’t it weird as fuck we go to these designated buildings, sometimes loud and crowded and sometimes “classy”, to alter our conscious state with a liquid and it’s all legal... until we walk out into the public?

I suppose so. I personally don’t like how it’s somehow portrayed as you have to drink to have fun. I have made a vow to myself to never drink alcohol. I think drinking it is quite unnecessary.

I’d say yes, especially in college students. I attend what’s classified as a “party school” so our “Main Street” of sorts is 27 bars lining one street with some restaurants that are open 24/7. There’s a No-Drinking-And-Driving transit that’s free to students to get home from the bars. 
My city also hosts a big Halloween party on this street known as, literally, The Block Party (anyone ever heard of Athens, OH?). They also put on smaller parties on every street with a frat on it every weekend through out April, known to students as “fest season” so there’s mill fest, Palmer fest, high fest, and so on ending with a music fest called Numbers Fest. A whole month of pure partying and most profs give extra credit attendance to the students who actually come to class any Friday in April. 
Yes, I would say drinking is too normalized. 
(P.s did I mention that of these 27 bars and many many fests, the only one where you’re IDed is numbers fest, and that’s because it’s a national music festival)

Yes. I think drinking wine is very romanticized lol. I’m not going to lie, I dream of sitting at home and having a glass of wine. I don’t even like wine. It just seems like a typical thing to do. I can’t explain it. I think I’m just weird.

Yes. In fact there's a very famous song in my country that's played everywhere around here. It's called "Não paro de beber" from Gustavo Lima in case anyone wants to check it. Roughly, very roughly translated, it says: 
"Drank a lot and got in the hospital
Doctor told me I was real sick
He told me if I kept drinking I'd die
[...]
I'm going to die, but I won't stop drinking" 
I cringe every time I hear this. I also see my colleagues coming back from parties the next day without sleeping and with a hangover and very proud of it. They talk proudly about vomiting the last night.
Alcohol became so normal it makes me sick.
