I was on Nexplanon for 3 years and got it removed on Janurary 3rd of this year, on January 10th AF came for three days and now it's been 66 days since...I know I have PCOS because i have every symptom and I was diagnosed with Insulin Resistance when I was 13 but the Dr didn't tell me anything about it other than that's why my neck is getting dark. Anyways I've been testing for ovulation every month when I can and nothing. I've just started taking the conception pill almost 2 weeks ago and today I started taking Maca pills hoping I can get my hormones in check. I really want to stay positive but it's hard when its been 4 months and no sign of ovulation or AF.
