Pregnant ladies - what’s the one thing you did differently the month you got your BFP?

Stopped trying and tracking.

We had sex every other morning from the time I got off my period until it was time for it to start. I also played there after for 30 minutes.

I didn't obsess over symptoms, didn't use OPK's, and I went ahead and started taking prenatals because I just had a feeling it was our month!

It seems counterintuitive, but the cycle I got pregnant, we’d actually decided to stop trying for a while. I didn’t use OPKS or monitor my CM or try to time sex any specific way or use pre-seed the way I had previously. I just charted my BBT, and that was simply to see if I’d O on my own (though I didn’t expect to). Not sure if it made a difference, but it was my first unmedicated cycle after 4 unsuccessful rounds of Femara. 🤷‍♀️

Went on holiday to Caribbean.. after almost 2 years, a miscarriage at 3 mths and at least one chemical pregnancy then book just like that it happened!

We only had 2 months to go to hit the 12 months of TTC where we could go to our doctor and started getting fertility tests, so we figured we’d do everything - BBT, preseed, OPKS & three days of daily BD during fertile peak (as well as every other day for most of the rest of the month) - and document it all so that when we went to the doctors they couldn’t doubt that we hadnt done all the ‘right’ things.
With absolutely no hint of pregnancy for 10 months prior to that - despite BD every other day & consistent CD12 positive OPKs each 27 day cycle - I’d accepted that we were likely to need help getting pregnant. So despite doing all those things I didn’t have any expectations of it working and didn’t feel any pressure - but I got pregnant immediately! No idea if we’d somehow timed things wrong before, whether it was the preseed, the lack of pressure that cycle, or if it was just our month 🤷‍♀️
