I’ve never tried shower head mastrubation before but I’ve heard it’s good, has anyone tried it and can tell me how because I’m a little confused

So I’m on my period and was feeling really horny, like REALLY horny. I’ve never tried the shower head but I read that a lot of ladies said it’s a life changer. When I first tried it, I didn’t feel anything. I realized the jet wasn’t strong enough (it was still on the misty setting). I turned the nozzle to the strongest setting, and GIRL. LET. ME. TELL. YOU. It was something I’ve never felt from my partner or from when I just use my fingers. I spent an extra 20 minutes in the shower losing it. My cramps are gone and I feel so positive and energetic. I would totally recommend the shower head!
