13 days late, negative hpt

has anyone had this happened to them. I am 13 days late and have the common pregnancy symptoms, sore breasts, white discharge, back hurts, i been having off and on cramps. Has anyone been pregnant but had very low hcg that home pg test was not picking up..Please share if you had this happen before.
