Fwb break up haha

So my coworker and I ( I know stupid idea) had been having sex since about August of last year. We both knew it was just sex. Anyway he texted me this today.

I'm sad I guess about it. Not heartbroken or anything but rejection hurts no matter what form. If anyone shares a similar situation I'd love to hear how you "got over" it. Im happy I kept my response classy because I've begged guys to stay in my life before and will never do that again. Anyway, im upset but I'm not and would love to hear others stories.
