Aunt Flo ding dong ditch

So im late for 4 days now, took a test the day my period was due. SUPER NEGATIVE not even a faint line at 14dpo. Last night i had the “oh shit here comes the cramp that lets you know aunt flo is in town” and i was almost sure that id wake up with my period but i didnt.... and no more cramps either.. I usually never get cramps, just that one like the day before or day of that kind of prepares you for whats about to happen. But now i feel perfectly fine🤷🏼‍♀️ what’s happening 😅🙄
