I need major help !

I took a pregnancy test about a hour ago and I believe it’s positive (don’t know what the second small box means)... my emotions are everywhere!!! I’m excited but sacred and sad. I have a nine month old and I’m not fully living on my own I have so much I need to accomplish.... I want to keep my baby but I dont know... i don’t think I’m ready for another baby rn and my bf is unsure also... what should I do? Getting an abortion would be so hard for me 😪
