Late implantation??

Yesterday I felt a lot of cramping and I assumed it was AF on her way. I was very disappointed bc I really want to have a baby. When I wiped I saw a light pink stain but when I wiped again it was gone. I had no other spotting all day. Could this be late implantation? (13dpo)

I’m 14 dpo and should be getting AF today and she has not arrived. I’m very regular and spot for 5 days before my period and I haven’t. I took a pregnancy test at 12 dpo and it was negative. I’m trying to wait until tomorrow to test. 🙏🏼 What do you think?
