I'm 6WEEKS AND BLEEDING help😢😭💔

I've heard sum say they have still had successful pregnancy after early term bleeding but my doctor has did ultrasound sac was still there & drawn my labs and have to go back in 6days I have a 10yrold and I also miscarried in 2016 @4months...I'm 😨 afraid
