I married my husband in 2013 after dating him for 3 years. We were not in the rush to have kids yet. I was still in school and thought I still had a lot of years to go. However, we didnt use any protection since we started to date. One year ago I bought ovulation kit and started to take my basal temperature every morning. I am ovulating but not getting pregnant. I never thought I would hear "infertility" diagnosis from my doctor. Me and my husband have been ttc for one year. Hormones are all good for both of us. I did hysterosalpingogram and my tubes are clear. I had a history of ovarian cyst but it went away...or that's what I thought. I went to do the ultrasound. And was diagnosed with hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary (6.7 x 4 x 4.9 cm). The size of it is pretty big so my doctor said we need to do laparoscopy to find out if I have endometriosis which causes the cyst to grow. I am very scared and honestly don't want to do it. I was also told that the cyst is not preventing getting pregnant but endometriosis which I might have is. Did anyone had a similar story and didn't have to do the surgery? Thank you girls❤
