Normal discharge or early pregnancy discharge or something wrong?

Never had this kind of discharge, on April 7 the condom broke and I took a plan b two hours after I was ovulating that day and had bright orange like spotting April 13-17 the bright orange lasted only for a little bit and then the next few days till the 17 was brown and light pink spotting.... I have took pregnancy test but it says negative I don’t know if I’m taking it too early or I’m not producing enough of the stuff that shows I’m pregnant I have been extremely nauseous and tired since the 17 and I have been cramping a little and yesterday the 24 I sneezed and my lower belly and vagina got a sharp pain
