Did I ovulate?

AF started on April 3, my cycle length is usually 30-31 days so I figured my fertile window would be April 17-22. I never got EWCM & only negative OPKs 20-22. Could I ovulate sooner in my cycle? Anyone with a 30-31 day cycle have a different fertile window? Any advice welcomed :)
