My boyfriend is scared of sex?

My boyfriend has genophobia, basically means the fear of sexual stuff. He can get in the mood and do stuff but then he suddenly stops and freaks out and all this other stuff, I know he doesn’t like having it and I wanna help him, I tell him constantly it’s okay and I love him and for him to take his time but he wants to be cured and I just wanna help even more, any ideas on what I could do? I love him a lot and our relationship is definitely not all about sex, our relationship is 99% love and the other 1% is sexual stuff lol
