relief for round ligament pain?
15w 3d today and I believe it's round ligament pain near my belly button on my right side. I get a stabbing sensation not too deep but just under my skin. it stabs me when I'm on my left side or bending down etc. just wondering if there's a stretch I can do or even a warm bath or shower? been hurting for almost two hours. it stops hurting when I'm on my right side.
