HELP my confusion

Got this yesterday at only 10dpo. Mom took my blood work and I'm at 132. It's super dark. According to my LMP I'm 3 weeks and 5 days but Do you guys think I'm a little further along due to the dark lines at an early time??? plus I'm feeling super bloated. I also had a MC in sept and my lines were definitely not this dark the last time and I know I was more days past ovulation. Does this also might mean I'll have a healthy pregnancy???
