Calorie Intake

So, here’s a question. Should I force myself to eat more calories if a high-protein diet is keeping me full?

Generally, when I try to lose weight I’ll consume a lot more eggs. My normal breakfast will be a three egg omelette, which keeps me full pretty much all day. I have a small dinner, but I always feel like I’m force feeding myself.

Does anyone else here struggle with this? If I’m eating vegetables and getting other nutrients in my system, is it okay to have such a significant drop in calories?

Insights and personal experience are very welcome!
