Go- Gurt??
I just ate a go gurt and I had kept it in the fridge. I’m reading everywhere that it’s supposed to be in the freezer and then thawed out. Mine was kept in the fridge not freezer. I only ate one and now I’m worried that I wasn’t supposed to eat it like that and that it hurt baby, any advice please??
