On Saturday night, around 11:30PM I had unprotected sex. The next day, I went to the pharmacy and got Plan B, taking it 12-13 hours after intercourse. My ovulation day is suppose to be in two days according to the app. How effective is Plan B and being so close (5 days) to my ovulation date? Is a delay in side effects: breast tenderness, cramps and nausea normal after taking the pill? I took it on Sunday but am feeling the side effects now. With taking the pill so quickly and I have an acute (heart shaped) uterus, what are the chances that I did get pregnant? My period is not suppose to start till May 10th
