Co-Sleeping, HELPP!!!

My two year old will fall asleep in his bed. Then sometime around 1am - 3am he will wake up and wanting to move over to the bed and if not will cry.

I was moving him over to the bed for early morning snuggles before work, but now it’s gotten to the point where he thinks it’s play time. So today (an hour ago) I put him in his crib, he started crying and yelling.

How can I avoid this? & when do toddlers start sleeping throughout the night? Please help!!! We need to sleep 😩😴
