Reversal in August 2017...starting to lose hope

I had my reversal 3rd August 2017. Had been sterilized for 12 years at the age of 24 due to being bullied into it by an abusive partner. In 2015 I bumped into an old flame from school and we hit it off, got back into a relationship and married in June 2017. Had my reversal in the August and Dr said tubes looked great and were a good length. Had my day 21 progesterone last month which came back at 69.2 so Dr was over the moon. Getting so disheartened now after all these months. I'm 37 and feeling like maybe I'm just too old! Anyone had any luck after reversal at my age? And how long did it take You? TIA
