Cloth wipes?

Question

I’m having twins and am still committed to cloth diapering (despite all the books and blogs that day not to...) I also live in Germany and my weird German toilets are built into the wall with no visible plumbing so I cannot connect a diaper sprayer (I plan on using flushable bamboo liners to circumvent this). So I have a 2 part question: 
1: any moms of twins doing cloth diapers?  Is it manageable?
2: are cloth wipes worth it?  I’m thinking they are sturdy and thick and I’m already doing the diaper laundry so... but I don’t have a diaper sprayer... would love some insight on this.

I don't have twins, but I do have 2 in cloth. I prefer cloth wipes much more over disposable. It's easier and more convenient imo.

I know some liners SAY that they're flushable, but just like wet wipes that say they are flushable, no plumber anywhere will actually recommend it.
with breastmilk poop it's pretty much liquid until they start eating food so there's not much to rinse off. When poops become more solid I had good luck using a very thin, by which I mean not fluffy, fleece diaper liner. It worked well to pick up the liner and shake off the solid poop to the toilet

I use cloth wipes and love them. I bought a mini wet bag so we can cloth wipe on the go! I actually hate separating disposable wipes from the cloth diapers so I don’t use them at all. My husband does occasionally on the go. The mini bag is by smart bottoms and I also keep a mini tin of booty balm in there

I use cloth wipes and prefer them over disposables. I didn't have a diaper sprayer at first and I just wore long gloves and hand washed them (without soap, of course) in the toilet bowl before tossing them in the bin. I don't have twins, so I'm no help there.

That’s great you’re so determined! Double the help to the environment! I’m not a mom of twins but my goal is the same as yours. I made wipes by cutting a couple yards of flannel into 9x9 squares and sewing around the edges to prevent fraying. In the past I’ve kept them wet in a wipe warmer with a mixture of water, witch hazel and a drop or two of soap. You can also keep them dry and use a bottle of bottom spray at each change. 
For liners, the paper towel brand Viva (here in the US, maybe Germany?) is a fantastic alternative to expensive liners. I have a small closing trash bin (by Simple Human) next to the changing table in which I put the soiled paper towels. I use biodegradable bags in there and I just change it every couple of days. 
We have a sprayer that’s still in the box because we’ve never used it. I never use the toilet to rinse diapers either. Just keep a couple zippered wet bags in washing rotation. Be ready for the ammonia smell of urine though. I wasn’t expecting that. Good luck! It’s a lot more effort than disposable but it feels wonderful!

I don't have a sprayer, I would just dip it in to wash off chunks, we also used cloth wipes part time and disposable part time. especially for overnight. and church.

I love cloth wipes - the ones I have are from Cheeky Wipes. So long as you have enough cloth nappies that you don't run out (taking into account washing and drying them!) you should be fine - my 3 week old pees for britain so I'm having to do one day cloth, one day disposables as I only have about 8 size 0s!

Cloth wipes are definitely worth it. I use 1-2 rather than 4-6 with disposables. And it’s ok to have a little poo left just don’t want to throw the big chunks through the wash. I also use reusable liners and just swish them in the toilet to get the majority of poo off.
