Collapsing Uterus

I know it’s extremely rare but during my delivery my uterus collapsed and I was curious if there was any other moms that experienced this. If so, were you able to have have more babies prior to this event? If you were , did your delivery go differently the next time or did it collapse a second time or did the recommend you have a c section?
