A 180° turn in my life

Just wanted to share my transformation progress hope it will be motivational for you ladies looking to make a change in you lives. My heaviest point, I was somewhere around 80kg, that’s when I decided that was enough. I joined a gym and since I’ve lost 15kg whilst putting on some muscle in the process. This has been a slow weight loss journey, but I’ve learned so much about discipline and perseverance. Another plus side being that I learned how to cook delicious healthy meals and to top it all off, I feel great in my own skin! What more could I ask for?

This has become a lifestyle for me, something I love to do. I get up in the mornings and train. During the weekends I meal prep because it makes sticking to your macros so much easier and because once I come back from the work I am typically too knackered to cook anything.
