Any advice!?

I was on the depo shot for 2.5 years. I finally got off the shot April of 2017. FINALLY got a menstrual cycle the first week of December 2017. We have been TTC for a year now! Any tips on what we can do to ttc? Please & thank you!

Patience I’m afraid 😟 both in the exact same position but after a couple of blood tests my progesterone is way below normal....so I’m being referred to a specialist. If your back to normal it’s already great! when I came off I didn’t have a period til July...that lasted til December almost constantly bleeding even a tiny amount a day.

Any advice!?
