I’ve had them since week 20 and have felt them. It feels like you’re trying to make a 6-pack where there isn’t one 😂 Your tummy gets very tight and uncomfortable but it’s not really painful like a real contraction is.

everybody has braxton hicks throughout their entire pregnancies and some people never feel them at all. most will feel them in the final weeks though

In my experience, they were uncomfortable but not painful. My stomach tensed and became very hard in the front. At the time I was on hour 4 of walking around Hobby Lobby 🤣 I thought it was the baby pressing his butt out or something, but it happened several times and I took to google and realized it was BH. I hadn’t had anything, but a cup of tea with breakfast earlier in the day. So I needed rest and relaxation, which worked!! I’ve been more careful since then.
