9.5 mo not really eating solids... frustrating!!

She just had her 9 mo checkup last week and the doctor said she should be eating table Foods along with us and no more than 30 oz of formula. I still had her eating purees stage one because she was still hit or miss on whether or not she would eat it so we were just doing that once or twice a day. So since the Dr appt I'm trying to do the three meals and two snacks a day before her bottles but she will maybe have a bite or two or even nothing at all. I'm frustrated because it's so much prep work and then a huge mess to clean and baby doesn't even eat anything... Also, I don't understand how food before one is just for fun but then by one year old per her doctor she is supposed to have no more than two bottles for total of 16 oz of milk and the rest all food. I'm stressed because I don't see that happening in two and a half months since she's not eating hardly any table food now and also I'm stressed because you're supposed to give the baby a variety of foods but she doesn't taste anything so how so that's not happening either! Is anyone else experiencing this too!!?
