Burning while peeing, help!!

I just had my baby a week ago, and I second degree tears on both sides of my labia at the top where my urethra is. I really need some help on what I can do to make this pain go away. 😭 It burns soooooo bad whenever I pee. I feel like i’m doing everything I can but nothing is taking this horrible pain away. I have a water squirt bottle I use, I’ve tried using witch hazel, and I’ve tried using perineal ice packs and nothing is really helping. And to make matters worse I ran out of the pain meds my doctor prescribed me and he won’t refill it, so i’m stuck with just taking Tylenol. 🙄 Is there anything else I can try or do I have to just live with this pain for another 5 weeks?😥
