Easy exercise
So after pregnancy I stopped exercising completely. I'm going to start trying for my second child next month and want to start exercising again. It's really embarrassing but things have gotten so bad I literally cannot do a sit up. I can do three pushups, zero situps, and get tired really easy.
Suggestions on simple easy exercises to get me started? Everything online I found is for people with at least a normal amount of muscle mass.
