Missed miscarriage

After taking so long to conceive I was over the moon excited to finally see that positive test. Scan at 5 and 6 weeks were perfect and we heard the heartbeat. Went in for the 8 week scan, we should’ve been 7weeks 6days, however no heartbeat. I’m absolutely crushed. Another scan Monday to confirm miscarriage and a D&C; Wednesday. I can’t bare seeing my babes pass so I opted for the D&C.; I don’t think I can handle carrying my dead baby for the next week 😞
