What to do?

My friend told me she got raped yesterday morning. The story doesn't make sense to me but if she says she got raped then she she did . I be trying to tell her to tell higher authority and she says she doesn't want to because she scared of the boy. She told everyone that she got raped and it got back to the boy and the boy said if he comes near his neighborhood he's gonna fuck her up. Also the boy going around telling people he fucked her. She acting like she doesn't care but maybe she hiding her feelings but she decides to go to her boyfriend house to have sex the next day. She even told her boyfriend about the rape and he told her that he just wants to hug her and make love to her and also wants head. I wanna help her but it seems like she doesn't want to be helped. Also what if she gets mad at me for telling her business?
