Which spelling, Halle or Hallie?

Pronounced (Hal-EE) like Halle berry. Not sure which spelling is better. Opinions ?

I suppose I think Halle is different enough that people will stop and pay attention before they say it, and so it will possibly get pronounced right more often. I imagine a lot of people might see Hallie and say Hailey without thinking. The two names are so so close. I think they'd be mixed up often. 
Whereas Halle is more distinct. People might not know how to say it at first and need to be told---but then they'll know. But the Hallie/Hailey problem is sticky enough that it might linger on past first acquaintance. 
So I vote Halle.
