I have a spectra 2 and I like it. The hospital used a ameda and their flanges and stuff can be interchangeable with the spectra machine so that’s good. 
Only think I wish I would have thought of was that sometimes t would be nice to pump somewhere with an outlet readily available. So I should have gotten the spectra 1 which I believe has a battery. I am loving the closed system though and the nightlight.

I had Medela. Have you talked to insurance to see if you get a free one through them?
