possibly wanting sibling

so my 18 month old son comes up to me and lays his head on my stomach says baby bubba baby sissy he does that everyday. well last night i was putting him to bed and he yelled at me and said baby here now and pointed and my stomach. im not sure if he is wanting a sibling?
