Miscarriage March 25 ...positive test April 25th ?!!!!

Question

Is it possible I got pregnant after miscarrying a month ago ,didn’t even have a period ..or can they be left over hormones ?! 
BFP was there ,it appeared in less than 1 min 
Help !
Update : it was confirmed today that I am in fact pregnant however it isn’t certain if it’s a new pregnancy’s or just leftover hormones ! 
Waiting for blood test Tuesday

Absolutely this is possible! A little over 3 years ago I had a miscarriage in March as well, and found out at the end of April that I was pregnant after no period for two weeks I finally decided to take a test and sure enough I was pregnant! I was 5 weeks when I found out. And I have a beautiful little 3 year old girl! So rest assured anything is possible, my doctor even mentioned how lucky I was because this isn’t something that happens to everyone. My doctor did mention after miscarriages our bodies are sometimes even more fertile. Guess it was just the perfect timing of conception.

Could be leftover hormones, but it definitely could be a new pregnancy. See your doctor for blood work.
