Need advice

Can someone give me advice...here is my situation Okay I had a ultrasound done i was only 5 weeks well what do you guys think does it look like twins or triplets I was told twins but I see the other off to the right with only a yolk I see 3 sacs report say diam 1,2 and 3 but stay 2 fetus witch is what I believe too 2 sacs with yolk and fetus 3rd sac only yolk

so I believe they didn’t count that one since they seen no fetus WHATS YALLS OPINION? sorry for the blur it was a video I had to screen shot
