So tired

My daughter is a few days from 6 months. And lately her sleep is so whacky and it’s making me so exhausted. I stay home. And still need to nap when she does most of the time. And now idk if she’s teething or going through some phase but she won’t sleep at night. It’s 1:30am and she just finally fell asleep after crying and screaming every time I laid her down.

I don’t think it’s reflux because she did used to have it and took medication but “outgrew” it and she doesn’t act the same as when she had reflux before.

I’m soooo tired I can’t keep my eyes open during the day when I need to get stuff done and be with her.

Idk what to do
