Which bassinet?

Question

A or B? 
A is a cane bassinet that rocks mechanically and will last baby until he is old enough to roll and sit up. 
Or 
B is just a plain bassinet however I like the look of the wood? 
Help?!

B. Because I wouldn’t want baby to get used to the rocking and then never want to sleep without being rocked the entire time.

I choose A. Trust me you're going to prefer functionality over looks once you get your first couple of sleepless nights in. There are more "fashionable" bassinets that will do the same as option A if you wanted something that looks nicer :)

Honestly I paid hundreds for a halo bassinet that vibrates and has a timer for breast feeding and a night light and random white background noises...my daughter has laid in it once. I’ve been using a pack and play with a bassinet and changing table attachment in my living room instead of the bedroom bassinet or her crib in the nursery. 
I have swings and a bouncers...still in boxes. Had I known that babies really don’t seem to care, or at least mine doesn’t, about anything but feeding, clean diapers, and a good swaddle, I would have saved so much money and sanity. 
I would say go with what you like and is functional. The bells and whistles might be awesome, but your baby doesn’t know what it’s missing and chances are would hate it anyway. The vibrations made my daughter just lay there in shock or dismay with eyes wide open for a few solid minutes before I picked her up. 🤷🏻‍♀️ good luck!

I would go with A. It looks more comfortable for baby in my opinion. And the fact that it rocks is a plus.
