8 weeks and bleeding

This is my third pregnancy none of which are living. Last night I was bleeding I rush to the hospital because I knew what was happening doctors said baby’s heart beat is strong at 172 and that baby was formed in the uterus and to go home and wait to see what happens. The bleeding has stopped but I have tremendous back pain . I pray my baby is ok I only slept like 3 hours . Idk why this happens to me I never give birth. Maybe I won’t ever know the feeling of being a mom myself 😢 I’m so depressed
