confused

so I'm a little confused and need some advice I go to the doc next week but I was wondering what you all thght so I'm 7 weeks pregnant and when I pick up like anything just a little heavy such as bringing groceries in like a gallon of milk, I will start spotting some but just as soon I can sit n relax it stops so I'm concerned n not sure wht to think?

it's been going on for a couple weeks but it's not every day it's only when I pick something up even with some type of weight like a gallon of milk or juice
